Cancellation Policy

In respect to our wait-listed and us as a small business, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. This is a strict policy and followed through with, if you don’t give us the required 24-hour notice you will be invoiced 50% of the treatment fee.

If you cancel your appointment within 12 business hours of your appointment you’ll be charged & invoiced the 100% full treatment fee.

  • 12 hours before appointment time = Full Price $110

  • 24 hours before appointment time = Half Price $55

You will be unable to book your next treatment with Massage By Nadeen Payne until this invoice is paid.
