The needles stimulate your muscles, which causes them to contract or twitch. This helps relieve pain and improve your range of motion.

  • Cupping is a traditional therapeutic method that involves placing cups on specific areas of the skin. These cups create a vacuum, which generates suction when applied to the skin. This suction promotes increased blood circulation, facilitating the release of tension in muscles and connective tissues. The technique is often utilized to address issues such as muscle soreness, inflammation, and pain. The distinctive circular marks left behind are not bruises but rather a result of the therapeutic suction promoting blood flow and the body's natural healing processes.

SAUNA INFORMATION

  • Infrared saunas work by heating your body directly, through safe wavelengths of light that are felt as heat. This light penetrates our bodies deeper than the heat of a traditional sauna. This means your infrared sauna does not need to be as hot as a traditional dry sauna, because the heat is directed more efficiently. This allows you to achieve a deep sweat at a much lower temperature and stay in the sauna for longer.

  • These heaters are unique by offering near, mid and far infrared technology from one source, allowing the heat to really penetrate deep into your body.

  • Near infrared (NIR) is the shortest infrared wavelength. NIR promotes skin renewal, cell health, wound healing and tissue growth.

  • Mid-infrared (MIR) is a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body’s soft tissue to aid inflammation.

  • The longest wavelength, far infrared (FIR), reaches deepest into the body where toxins are stored.

  • Muscle Recovery - Increased circulation carries off metabolic waste and delivers oxygen to the muscles to speed up recovery.

Joint Pain & Stiffness - Radiant heat therapy is used to treat patients suffering from many forms of arthritis. It can aid sprains neuralgia, bursitis, muscle spasms, stiffness and many other ailments.

Increased Circulation - By increasing perspiration, your heart works harder pumping blood, giving similar benefits to continuous exercise.

Removes Toxins & Waste - Increased circulation stimulated the sweat glands, releasing built-up toxins and waste.

Relaxation & Sleep - The most immediate relief the sauna offers is simple relaxation as it melts away the stresses and tensions of everyday life.

Glowing Complexion - The sweating achieved during a sauna carries off imbedded impurities and dead skin cells, leaving the skin glowing.

Relaxing in the sauna will cause your body’s core temperature to rise which in turn dilates your blood vessels to allow for increased circulation of nutrient-rich blood. This effectively expedites the healing process for sore muscles while simultaneously soothing aches and pains. On top of that, sitting in the sauna will elevate your heart rate, offering you a moderate cardiovascular workout as you relax! Last, but certainly not least, users report a smooth transition to a deep sleep after enjoying a sauna session. This is due to your body’s core temperature beginning to cool, a process that naturally occurs while we sleep.
